I. General Provisions

These general terms and conditions govern the relationships between Children's Kitchen "Furisto" and the users of the services and products it offers. "Furisto", with the web address www.furisto.com, is a trademark of Furisto Ltd. The site is accessible to all users who wish to use its services and have acknowledged and agreed to these General Terms and Conditions. By visiting www.furisto.com and using the services and products of Children's Kitchen "Furisto," the client automatically declares that they are familiar with these general terms and conditions and accepts them unconditionally. Children's Kitchen "Furisto" reserves the right to unilaterally change and supplement these general terms and conditions, with changes to be published at www.furisto.com, which the client should monitor.

II. Conditions for Using the Services and Products

Children's Kitchen "Furisto" uses a variety of products. It is necessary for the child for whom the order is made to have already been introduced to all ingredients of the food prepared by the kitchen, according to their age. Customers can familiarize themselves with the menu composition at www.furisto.com, where the dishes and their ingredients are published on a weekly basis. It is the user's (client's) responsibility to monitor the menu and assess whether the ingredients used in it are suitable for the child for whom the order is made, taking into account whether the respective ingredients have been introduced into their diet.

The child should already have been introduced to the following products:

  • Lactose – fresh milk, yogurt, cow's butter, cow's cheese, cottage cheese, yellow cheese
  • Gluten
  • Meat – beef, pork, lamb, rabbit, chicken
  • Fish

III. Ordering/Request

To place an order for Children's Kitchen "Furisto", it is necessary to fill out an online request at www.furisto.com, through which you provide us with the necessary information to fulfil your order. Once your request is processed, you will receive a confirmation email.

Acceptance of orders

  • Orders for the next working day are accepted until 14:30 on the previous working day.
  • Orders for Monday are accepted by the previous Friday at 14:30.
  • You can subscribe to the monthly menu during the last week of the current month for the next one.

Orders for cities other than Sofia must be placed by the client on separate websites, as follows:

  • Burgas – www.furistoburgas.com
  • Varna – www.furistovarna.com
  • Plovdiv – www.furistoplovdiv.com

For your convenience, these websites are also accessible from the CITIES section on this site. These orders are received and processed in the respective cities.

IV. Menu and Prices

Furisto DUO — 200g

meat menu. The soup and the main dish from the menu have a weight of 200 g.

Price: BGN 11.15 / €5.70 per day (delivery not included)

Furisto DUO Grande — 300g

meat menu. The soup and the main dish from the menu have a weight of 200 g.

Price: BGN 15.00 / €7.67 per day (delivery not included)

Furisto — 200g

meat menu. The soup and the main dish from the menu have a weight of 200 g. The dessert is 150 g if it is creamy and between 65 g and 100 g if it is a pastry.

Price: BGN 12.00 / €6.14 per day (delivery not included)

Furisto Grande — 300g

meat menu. The soup and the main dish from the menu have a weight of 300 g. The dessert is 150 g if it is creamy and between 65 g and 100 g if it is a pastry.

Price: BGN 16.00 / €8.18 per day (delivery not included)

Furisto Veggie — 200g

vegetarian menu. The soup and the main dish from the menu have a weight of 200 g. The dessert is 150 g if it is creamy and between 65 g and 100 g if it is a pastry.

Price: BGN 12.00 / €6.14 per day (delivery not included)

Furisto Veggie Grande — 300g

vegetarian menu. The soup and the main dish from the menu have a weight of 300 g. The dessert is 150 g if it is creamy and between 65 g and 100 g if it is a pastry.

Price: BGN 16.00 / €8.18 per day (delivery not included)

Furisto Bezz — 200g

meat menu without dairy and gluten* — the soup and the main dish have a weight of 200 g, the dessert is 150 g if it is creamy and between 65 g and 100 g if it is a pastry. This menu does not include dairy or gluten-containing products. Suitable for children with food intolerances, but not with severe allergies — the prepared food may contain traces of them, as our production uses flours and dairy products.

ZeLeno Furisto — 200g

meat or vegetarian menu made from entirely organic products and pasture-raised meat. The soup and the main dish have a weight of 200 g. The dessert is 150 g if it is creamy and between 65 g and 100 g if it is a pastry.

Price: BGN 16.00 / €8.18 per day (delivery not included)

ZeLeno Furisto Grande — 270g

meat or vegetarian menu made from entirely organic products and pasture-raised meat. The soup and the main dish have a weight of 270 g. The dessert is 150 g if it is creamy and between 65 g and 100 g if it is a pastry.

Price: BGN 19.95 / €10.20 per day (delivery not included)

Children's Kitchen "Furisto" offers the following subscriptions:

  • Weekly subscription including 6 menus – from Monday to Thursday, and a double menu for Friday.
  • Monthly subscription – only available for the following menus: Furisto 200g, Furisto Grande – 300g, Furisto Veggie – 200g, and Furisto Veggie Grande – 300g. Available for order during the last week of the current month for the next month.

In unforeseen circumstances, Children's Kitchen "Furisto" reserves the right to change the menu without notice.

V. Payment

Payment for the ordered menu(s) can be made by card on the site at the time of the order. You can also pay in cash on delivery to our courier. A fee of BGN 2 applies to cash payments.

VI. Delivery

The menu you have ordered is delivered in disposable packaging to an address or to a pickup point (from our list).

Delivery is carried out in the time range 7:00 – 12:00, Monday to Friday.

If a client wishes to change the delivery address, this must be done by 13:30 on the previous day.

Delivery price

  • BGN 3.25 / €1.66 per day to an address in Sofia, BGN 2.00 / €1.02 per day to a pickup point in Sofia.
  • €2.17 per day to an address or pickup point in remote neighbourhoods: Bankya, Bozhurishte, Voluyak, Kostinbrod, Mramor, Mirovyane.
  • €2.17 per day: Krivina, Kazichene, Lozen, German.

Menus ordered for official holidays that are non-working days are delivered the previous day. Children's Kitchen "Furisto" cannot commit to an exact delivery time or a time desired by the client.

The client is obliged to be at the delivery address, or to ensure the presence of a representative, on the day of delivery to receive the order.

If the client has not provided conditions for delivery/handover of the ordered food (the client is not at the delivery address, the client does not respond to the provided contact phone, the client does not respond at the residence specified for delivery, etc.), the food is destroyed in compliance with the provisions of the control authorities. If the client wishes the food to be delivered to a doorman, an unauthorized store, or another third party, Furisto is not responsible for the storage of the food after delivery.

Delivery to the client's address is carried out for the following neighbourhoods in Sofia: B-19, Banishora, Beli Brezi, Boyana, Bunker, Vitosha, Geo Milev, Gorna Banya, Gotse Delchev, Dianabad, Dragalevtsi, Zona B-5, Zona B-5-3, Ivan Vazov, Izgrev, Iztok, Knyazhevo, Krasno Selo, Kriva Reka, Krastova Vada, Lagera, Lozenets, Malinova Dolina, Manastirski Livadi, Mladost 1, Mladost 2, Mladost 4, Oborishte, Ovcha Kupel, Pavlovo, Reduta, Sveta Troitsa, Serdika, Simeonovo, Slatina, Sofia Park, Strelbishte, Studentski Grad, Hipodruma, Hladilnika, Center, Yuzhen Park, Druzhba 1, Druzhba 2, Nadezhda, Gorublyane, Abdovitsa.

Delivery for Banishora, zh.k. Gradina, zh.k. Zoopark, zh.k. Nadezhda, Zona B-18, Zona B-19, Zona B-5, Zona B-5-3, Knyazhevo, Malinova Dolina, Ovcha Kupel, Triaditsa, and Fondovi Zhilishta is carried out in the range 12:00 – 13:00, Monday to Friday. Residents of areas not listed in these General Terms and Conditions who wish to place an order should contact Children's Kitchen Furisto by phone at 0700 50 115 on working days between 09:00 and 17:00 to confirm delivery availability.

VII. Food Storage

Food delivered by Children's Kitchen "Furisto" has an expiration date indicated on the label of each package.

The food must be stored in a refrigerator at up to +4 degrees.

Children's Kitchen "Furisto" is not responsible if the client's actions contribute to the spoilage of the food, and the consequences thereof.

VIII. Refund of Paid Amounts

Children's Kitchen "Furisto" refunds the residual amount of unused ordered food under the following conditions and circumstances, and following the client's explicit request:

Postponement/cancellation of delivery of already ordered food/menus for a short period of time (by 13:30 on the previous day)

If the client expresses their explicit wish for a temporary discontinuation of delivery of already ordered food, the remaining paid menus are refunded to a bank account provided by the client. If the client has not notified us of the postponement/cancellation of delivery, the amount of the unaccepted menus is not refunded.

Final cessation of delivery of already ordered food/menus

If the client expresses their explicit wish to change address or to finally discontinue delivery of already ordered menus, the residual amount of unused food is refunded (by 14:00 on the previous day).

The refund is carried out within 14 (fourteen) working days of receipt of a written notification from the client, to a bank account specified by them.

If the client has ordered a monthly package with a discounted price, the regular price of the ordered menus — not the promotional price — is used when refunding the residual amount of unused food.

If the client has not notified us of the final cessation of delivery of food/menus, the amount of the unaccepted menus is not refunded.

IX. Final Provisions

In case of non-compliance with these general terms and conditions, Children's Kitchen "Furisto" reserves the right not to accept, not to deliver, or to terminate deliveries to the given client.
